Doug Gallaher

Doug Gallaher recently wrapped up a 21-year career in the U.S. Navy as a Chief Petty Officer, combat veteran, and decorated Navy SEAL. He completed multiple combat deployments to Afghanistan and Iraq, where he led high-risk missions including raids, ambushes, and intelligence operations to target enemy insurgents and terrorists.

Doug served as Team Leader, Point Man, and Lead Explosives Breacher—roles that demanded skill, precision, and leadership. He was assigned to SEAL Team 10 and took part in Operation Red Wings, onboard the second rescue helicopter during the mission made famous by the Lone Survivor book and film.

He later led demolition training for East Coast SEALs as an instructor at TRADET, overseeing over 180 live-fire exercises with a perfect safety record. After active duty, Doug continued to serve in the Navy Reserves and deployed 40 more times to global hotspots as a defense contractor.

Now living in Texas with his wife and three children, Doug remains devoted to serving others. His mission continues through Mission Equipped—breaking down barriers so the children of America’s heroes have access to the gear, training, and support they need to succeed in sports and in life.
